RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.

You have a maximum of 14 days after you received the package to make a return or exchange. 
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct(in color or size), and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Process

1. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send it to support@madenwear.com.

2. There will be some professional suggestions for your order. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.

3. Please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and drop off your package at the local post office to make sure they arrive safely.

4. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

5. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. NaxRetro cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to NaxRetro.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

Return Conditions

1. Please contact us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.

2. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without proper returns requests. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.

4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.

5. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-NaxRetro products.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

We have warehouses in different regions around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact us. Our customer service representatives will provide you with the return address base on your order details within 24 hours.

1. US warehouse in California (We'll send the address details once the return is confirmed)

2. EU warehouse in DE or UK (We'll send the address details once the return is confirmed)

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
